This Privacy Policy explains how UnionMain Homes, LLC (“UnionMain Homes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit our website, request information, schedule a tour, create an account, or otherwise interact with us. By using this website, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and your continued use of the website means you accept the changes.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identifiers & contact information you provide voluntarily — such as your name, street address, email address, and phone number — when you submit a contact or tour-request form, register for an account, or communicate with us.
- Property & preference information — such as the communities, homes, floor plans, and searches you view or save, and the details you share about what you are looking for.
- Internet & device activity — such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring links or advertisements, and interactions with our site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from third parties — such as our advertising, analytics, and marketing partners, and data we may use to supplement the information you provide for the purposes described below.
We do not intentionally collect “sensitive” personal data (such as government IDs, precise geolocation, or data revealing race, religion, health, or similar categories), and we do not process sensitive data without your consent.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal data to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide information about our communities, homes, floor plans, pricing, and services (by mail, email, phone, or text message, consistent with our SMS/Text Messaging Terms);
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and diagnose technical problems;
- personalize your experience and measure and deliver relevant advertising;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We place cookies and use web beacons and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site, remember your preferences, and improve and advertise our services. We work with third-party analytics and advertising partners, including Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads, which may include remarketing, Google Display Network impression reporting, Google Signals, and demographics/interest reporting) and Meta (the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram). These partners may use cookies and identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to our site and other sites.
You can limit or opt out of interest-based advertising through the following tools:
- Google Analytics: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Google Ads personalization: Google Ads Settings
- Meta: Facebook Ad Preferences
- Industry opt-outs: Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative
We provide access to Google Maps; information about your use of Google Maps may be processed by Google under Google's privacy policy.
Targeted Advertising & “Sale” of Personal Data
Our use of advertising cookies and identifiers (such as Google Signals and the Meta Pixel) may be considered “targeted advertising” and, under some state laws, a “sale” or “sharing” of personal data — even though we do not sell your personal data for money. You have the right to opt out of this processing as described in Your Privacy Rightsbelow, using the advertising opt-out tools listed under Cookies, Analytics & Advertising, or via the universal opt-out signals described in Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not knowingly process the data of consumers under 18 for targeted advertising or sale.
How We Share Information
We may share personal data:
- with our service providers and vendors (such as hosting, CRM, email, analytics, and advertising providers) that process data on our behalf to operate the website and fulfill your requests;
- with our affiliated companies and sales and mortgage partners to provide the information and services you request;
- as required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and
- in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or a portion of our business or assets.
Text-messaging opt-in data is treated separately: mobile information collected for SMS/text messaging is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other use-case categories, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Your Privacy Rights (Texas & Other U.S. States)
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Confirm and access whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
- Delete personal data we hold about you;
- Obtain a portable copy of the personal data you provided to us; and
- Opt out of the processing of your personal data for (i) targeted advertising, (ii) the “sale” of personal data, and (iii) certain profiling.
These rights apply to Texas residents under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and to residents of other states with comparable laws. (Georgia does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute; we nonetheless extend these choices to Georgia residents as a matter of practice.)
To exercise these rights, email homes@unionmainhomes.comwith “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or call (469) 813-8700, and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We will take steps to verify your identity and will respond within 45 days (which may be extended by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary). You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request. If we decline your request, you may appealby replying to our decision or emailing us at the address above with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line; we will inform you in writing of the outcome of the appeal.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting; because there is no common industry standard for DNT, we do not respond to DNT signals. We are implementing support for the Global Privacy Control (GPC)and other recognized universal opt-out mechanisms so that, when you visit our site with such a signal enabled, it will be treated as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and any “sale” or “sharing” of personal data for the browser and device from which the signal is sent. In the meantime, you may opt out at any time using the tools listed under Cookies, Analytics & Advertising above or by contacting us as described in Your Privacy Rights.
Special Notice to California Residents
California residents may request, once per year, information about the categories of personal information we shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. To make a request, email homes@unionmainhomes.comwith “California Privacy Request” in the subject line and provide your name, address, and email. We will respond within thirty days.

Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cross-Border Transfer
Your personal data may be stored and processed in any country where we or our service providers have facilities. By providing personal data to us, you consent to its transfer to and processing in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection rules than your country of residence.
Third-Party Links
Our website may link to or embed third-party services (such as Google Maps, HubSpot forms, and lender tools). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties, which are governed by their own policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
